A music education is one of the best things you can give your child! Music study teaches discipline, self-expression, reasoning, problem-solving and creative thinking, the value of hard work in achieving a goal, and conquering fears. And of course, there are many studies linking music study to improved performance in school.

Aside from all of these practical reasons to enroll your child in music lessons, music is a wonderful thing! It is such a joy. I have loved playing the piano since I was in preschool, and now, as a teacher, I love sharing that joy with others as they develop their talents and discover the joy that music can bring.

I love teaching students of all ages and levels. I love introducing preschoolers and older beginners to the fun and joy of music. I love helping my intermediate students gain confidence as they discover all of the amazing music that is at their fingertips and within their ability level. I love working with advanced students to develop their artistry and musical voice. I love working with adults who are motivated to improve their talents, whether they quit lessons as a child or are just beginning their music journey.
